Bad bad bad had to wait and wait and wait and finally when I told them I wanted to cancel because it had been so long it arrived in a few days and it’s not even going to work for what I need because it’s too big but don’t want to send it back because I will probably never get my money back and then I would have nothing worst experience ever 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

after waiting 8 weeks for delivery the product does not stick to a clean car windshield and we tried multiple windshield locations, even using multiple suction cups and at no time did I even get to attach a phone. because each morning it was either on the dashboard or the floor. customer service was dismal. a canned email response came that had nothing to do with the issue at hand, when I was specific that we had not even attached a phone yet, leaving it overnight to secure to the windshield. their solution was for me to buy adaptive dots for connecting the phone, which was irrelevant since I never got to attach the phone. wasted time and effort.
