Unhappy with the product

It’s uncomfortable, it slips off during the night, it takes 40 seconds to sync and during the 40 seconds I have to press down HARD on a tiny button at the edge of the tiny device and you know what? It hurts my little fingers! And if I accidentally let go at 35 seconds it doesn’t sync and I have to do it again. And finally, it tells me I didn’t wake up at all during the night when I got out of bed 3x to go to the bathroom. If it doesn’t know I physically left my bed and walked down the hall how can I be sure it’s giving me accurate temperature readings??? I tried to return it, but the company said I could not. Cool. So now I just have this crappy thermometer that may or may not be giving me accurate temperature readings.

The device connected for about a week then stopped. I've tried everything they recommended but it still won't work. It's very disappointing

It's been more than a month and my tempdrop hasn't arrived:(

Poor customer service on 1.0 model. Hopefully 2.0 works better.
