Customer service was quick to respond but wasn't really able to help.

I had gone back and fourth for two years on wether I should buy this product and start BBT as my conception method. I took the plunge excited to learn about my BBT journey. What a complete waste of money and time. The device does not work and customer service is less than helpful. First month using Tempdrop, my device didn’t record 12/30 nights. This problem still persists where it irregularly records my temp. Clearly I know how to use the device if it records some of the time but support has been unwilling to refund this faulty product and has been completely helpless. Save yourself the headache. I really wanted to love Tempdrop but my experience has been nothing but annoying.

I would love to return my tempdrop since I can’t use it, but they only allow returns on unopened items or unless you purchase a return insurance. It seems like they must get a lot of returns if you have to pay for return insurance. I wouldn’t recommend this product due to the issues I’ve had and the lack of customer support and easy returns. It’s not cheap and now I’m out almost $200.

Constant technical issues. I bought Tempdrop last year and was able to successfully use it for a few months and then suddenly it stopped sinking. I was unable to resolve the issue with the automated tech-support, and was frustrated so I purchased a new one wanting a quick fix to the solution. Unfortunately, the new Tempdrop would not sync with my phone either. Highly disappointed after spending $300+. Do not recommend!
