I unfortunately keep getting an reaction to the material on my arm. Have had to stop using it x

The new armband creates contact dermatitis with the plastic material ring on the fabric. I wish it was a plain band instead of with graphics on it.

The app is nice and easy to navigate. The device/armband is easy to figure out however, I was unaware I had to purchase a subscription to view my fertility insights and sleep analysis. It’s on me for not reading it all the way through. But if I had understood that there would need to be a subscription I wouldn’t have purchased it, as all I can see for see is my temperature.

I enjoy it, I just can’t believe you charge for access to data for a product that is already so expensive. This isn’t a Peloton, it’s an armband.

The service itself was fine. I have been trying to return or get a refund on my device but it has been to little avail, hoping to resolve the issue soon.
