Terrible Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Tangle Teezer! I ordered a brush - called customer service the same day to see if I could get a different color - was told immediately 'no - it's in process already' - funny thing is I STILL have not received the brush. There was more than ample time to exchange that brush for a simple task as color change!

Returns and orders

I recently bought this brush that was about $13 and when it came it was super tiny barely fit in my hand was so tiny looked like for a doll baby brush so I requested a return and I sent it back and it has been almost 2 months I have returned the package and everything still have not got my money back and also no updates so got no money and no brush

Shipping took too long and no customer support

It took over 2 weeks to get the brush and when I tried to stop the shipping (since it was still waiting for its label a week later) I couldn’t get help from customer support. Even now, I’m trying to return them.
