Tangle Teezer US Store

Me and my daughter are obsessed! The regular brush goes right through her morning tangles. No more complaining about getting her hair done. The large round brush has been amazing for my hair. No frizz at all after using it.

I got the Carebrush after I broke my original TangleTeezer by dropping it too hard. I do like it a lot, but I would say that there are 2 minor downsides. 1. I liked that the old handle turned up at the end, it fit my palm better, and the new handle is actually shorter on one side and I feel myself gripping it harder. The handle being a little longer would fix this for me. 2. I got the curly version, and I really wish I could’ve gotten one of the cute metal finishes, but none of the special pretty finishes are available in the curly hair version. :( Other than these downsides, fantastic hairbrush! I wish I could give it a 4.5 but I can’t.

Products were never received and Customer service has not addressed the issue. Please refund me my money

I had a terrible experience with Tangle Teezer! I ordered a brush - called customer service the same day to see if I could get a different color - was told immediately 'no - it's in process already' - funny thing is I STILL have not received the brush. There was more than ample time to exchange that brush for a simple task as color change!

I recently bought this brush that was about $13 and when it came it was super tiny barely fit in my hand was so tiny looked like for a doll baby brush so I requested a return and I sent it back and it has been almost 2 months I have returned the package and everything still have not got my money back and also no updates so got no money and no brush
