I really enjoyed my starter kit I bought months ago, too bad everything is out of stock since then

I emailed and told them one of my sprayers on the bottles was broke to please replace it but I haven’t heard back at all.

Not very supportive in the customer support department. I’ve emailed customer support regarding a broken spray trigger on the first use and have t received a response.

I’m glad I only purchased the refills and used my own bottles at home. I received four products and will only use the wood cleaner. I’ve discarded the stone, glass and other cleaner as the combination of essential oils were very off-putting and I had a pretty bad coughing reaction with the glass cleaner. These may work for others, but this was an expensive lesson/waste of monkey for me to only end up with one usable cleaner.
