Again, when I received my order the spray on my bath cleaner was broken. I emailed the company twice and did not receive a response. Very disappointing.

Carrier said it delivered my order, but it never arrived. There was no proof of delivery, and customer service did nothing, can not recommend or will not be ordering again.

I have been ordering for about 3 years now and unfortunately the last two orders have been a problem. The previous order I placed I received broken refills which costumer service happily fixed. This time around I only received half of my order with zero wood cleaners and no one has bothered to respond to my emails. This really sucks because I enjoy supporting small businesses but when I’m being charged for half an order I never received, that’s completely unacceptable.
