I have been using Supernatural cleaning refills for some years now. My favs are the countertop and the wood floor. In this order, I gifted myself with the copper water bottle. It’s a beautiful handcrafted piece that I am excited to use. To my disappointment, the cap came with signs of circular scratches on the top, making it look used, yet the rest of the bottle is pristine.

I was disappointed when I read there was a drop in price on the items I purchased as I still hadn’t received my product. When I rang them and told them they informed me that they sometimes they have specials, but would not offer me any sort of compensation as the product had already been shipped. I was not happy. When I rcv'd the product, I poured the liquid into the NEW bottle and began to spray my counter top when the lever to push the spray became undone. I could not get this brand NEW bottle to spray. I am so very disappointed and will probably not purchase from them again and will stop referring my friends and family to them as I have been doing…
