It’s a waste of my money. It takes forever to load and then keeps freezing Through out the show. I get frustrated and leave and go back to Netflix, Amazon or crave.

My credentials didn't work for the first few days, the password reset did not send an email, and tech support took a few days to respond. Support then responded multiple times as if I was a new customer each time. Streaming quality was bad including a movie that had a long high pitch whirling noise throughout which gave me a migraine. If you watch part of something the app does not keep track of where you stop so I had to write down where I was in something I was watching. Watching tv shows was unbearable because the episodes I watched were not marked nor was my progress recorded anywhere. So any time I went back to anything I had to guess which episode and then scroll through to find my place often spoiling things for myself from later parts or episodes. The worst part is that all of this content is so interesting and I loved every documentary I watched. It's awful that I would rather watch bad uninteresting things on a different streaming service because the Sundance Now service is terrible.

You billed me a day early and I was in the process of cancelling my free trial. You ripped me off and owe me $65.

there doesn't seem to be anything easy when trying to stream on my Mac air. its difficult to see the description of show...sometimes it heads right into play and sometime when it plays I get an error message. this usually happens before it even begins to play but sometimes it happens a few minutes into the show. very aggravating. it would be nice to be able to hover the curser over the title to see details before having to fight to the right page.

I accepted the 7-day free trial & that on the 8th day i would be billed $9.99 for further services. HowEVER, i was billed $59.99, even tho that amount was never mentioned any where before. sharla88101@gmail.com
