My one-star review is not for Sundance's content, which is sometimes very good--viz "The Bureau," but for how terrible it is to navigate. No matter what I last watched, when I open it I get "The Bureau," which I completed over one year ago. In addition, your service fails to send the viewer to the correct episode or even the right season of whatever they are following. Setting closed captions? Good luck. Your service operates as though designed by a student in an introductory IT class who chronically slept late and dropped out before the midterm.
