My one-star review is not for Sundance's content, which is sometimes very good--viz "The Bureau," but for how terrible it is to navigate. No matter what I last watched, when I open it I get "The Bureau," which I completed over one year ago. In addition, your service fails to send the viewer to the correct episode or even the right season of whatever they are following. Setting closed captions? Good luck. Your service operates as though designed by a student in an introductory IT class who chronically slept late and dropped out before the midterm.

Been trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund. No communication.

This streaming service is way to expensive for the features it lacks. The show have already aired the seasons in it entirety and yet the are withholding the seasons online. If has aired and completed in one country it should be available in all countries. You are getting paid the same how about providing the same access. DO NOT RECOMMEND Streaming service.

Terrible website.. I can’t even change my password. Plus it took forever to figure out how I am being billed. Some good show but you guys need to make it easier to communicate. I can’t even get into my account.
