Sumo Strength

Disappointed overall product came broken and just not very good quality

The dumbells are fine but the bench is terrible. Instructions are awful and the assembly hardware isn't labeled. These means you have to guess which screws are which based on black and white drawings. Even when correctly assembled it doesn't feel good. The bench is absolutely a waste of money, the only reason I haven't refunded it is because I'm sure they would charge their extortionate shipping fees to do so.

Defect on frame that was covered by the compant sticker. I did email however no response at all from the company.

Service has been extremely unpleasant. Product was lost in transit, then arrived damaged. Sumo taking upwards of 5 days to respond to emails

Severely dissapointed by build quality and manufacturing fault. I have contacted Sumo strength several times to rectify this, however have not received a response after several weeks of waiting. Appalling customer service. Better products are out there, I encourage you to look elsewhere.
