Horrible experience, delayed shipping, wrong parts.

Item was shipped 4 days after I ordered it despite paying 35 dollars extra for express shipping for some very small parts. It arrived 3 days after it was promised to me. I couldn’t use the parts but am stuck with the wrong parts now that arrived well after the expected date and now have to deal with the hassle of trying to ship them back or just eat the cost of a part I didn’t receive and isn’t even what I ordered.

Joke of a company

It shows item has finally been packaged though it has not reached ups yet. And it has been four days since the estimated time of arrival. Oh, an independent car dealership, and this was my first experience with you guys. Shipping was not cheap for a very small part. This is the absolute last time. I will be doing business with your company up your standards. You are terrible.

Fix your online order process to include PO Box addresses as billing address so that I can actually use your website with my correct credit card

NO INSTRUCTIONS/ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Part came without instruction or hardware(screw, nuts , bolts etc). Contacted company and the response was just “our parts don’t come with instructions”. Poor customer service; they could at least attempted to find a PDF form of instructions to send me or tell me where I can find it myself. I won’t order from them again especially not the for the price in paid.

Sent me wrong part. I

Sent me wrong part. I had to stop in the middle of replacing valve cover gasket, had to walk over to local auto parts store to get the correct part by paying another $40. This kind of mistake is unforgivable. Will never order anything from this online store ever again & recommend others to do the same.
