Big disappointment

I ordered the front brake splash shield on this site, said it was in stock and you guys canceled my order because it's unavailable. Why is it listed as in stock then.

I ordered a part from

I ordered a part from you on Feb. 4, and selected standard shipping. The quoted delivery date was Feb. 6. It's currently Feb. 11, and the part is still in transit with USPS. According to the USPS tracking number, its status is 'In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late'. Now that I know you use USPS for shipping, I won't be buying anything more from your site, due to the many problems I've had with USPS in the past. You should offer the option to ship with UPS or Fedex, even if it costs a little more.

I KEPT ASKING FOR TRACKING

I KEPT ASKING FOR TRACKING AND NO ONE WOULD REPSOND TO WHAT I WAS ASKING. I ASKED A COUPLE TIMES FOR MORE DETAIL AND NOTHING. THEN I GET AN EMAIL JUST SAYING ITS SHIPPED. I HAD A CUSTOMER WAITING FOR THE CAR AND NEEDED TO KNOW WHEN WE COULD GET IT ON THE ROAD SO THEY WERE VERY UNHAPPY.

Insane shipping charges

Your customer service is excellent, but your shipping calculations are criminal. I had a very small box item of less than three pounds and it was from IN to NC and was charged $35 via your system for UPS regular ground shipping. That is insane! I have done business before with your company, but I will be looking for someone that offers reasonable shipping rates in the future.
