Very disappointed

I had issues with my most recent order that allowed me to buy an item(2013 Acura MDX front brake dust shield), then cancel my order 2-3 later. I'm in the middle of the hub bearing installation and was waiting on this particular part to finish the job.

Bad Customer Service

You should remove the expedited shipping option because each time I select it my packages never arrive on time. Last time I complained and requested a refund on shipping instead of looking into the issue I was disregarded and told to pick FedEx (which is not an option) or choose overnight. Not great customer service.

Poor customer service

I requested a return and was told I would receive an RMA within 2-3 business days. It’s been 6 business days and I haven’t heard back.

You might want another source for parts if you are fixing your daily driver

I am honestly disappointed in how long it takes to get parts. I feel like it took forever from when I clicked my mouse to when usps got the items. I wish UPS/Fedex could have been an option for shipping because my parts were supposed to arrive on the 18th. USPS randomly now says expected on the 21st. Still don’t have parts and I don’t know if I will soon. They can’t blame the hurricane as this never was shipped anywhere near a hurricane. I paid $10 for very bad shipping. I’m not sure how real shops can fix cars when it takes weeks to get parts.
