Ordered some door molding received all bent top part was not packaged hopefully receive a new set soon fast ship

Wrong part was sent. Have called and sent numerous emails. Have received no communication from seller regarding return of the wrong item sent.

Was sent a damaged part and the only solution was return it with no replacement. No other solution offered.

Been over a week and still no parts.

This business needs to change the return policy to state return original package inside of another box. Once you mail it from US Post Office it is out of your control if they mark over existing labels. Buyer beware of no refund for any marks or tape or any additional package alteration. Their policy is lacking and can be easily improved.
