Joke of a company

It shows item has finally been packaged though it has not reached ups yet. And it has been four days since the estimated time of arrival. Oh, an independent car dealership, and this was my first experience with you guys. Shipping was not cheap for a very small part. This is the absolute last time. I will be doing business with your company up your standards. You are terrible.

NO INSTRUCTIONS/ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Part came without instruction or hardware(screw, nuts , bolts etc). Contacted company and the response was just “our parts don’t come with instructions”. Poor customer service; they could at least attempted to find a PDF form of instructions to send me or tell me where I can find it myself. I won’t order from them again especially not the for the price in paid.

Sent me wrong part. I

Sent me wrong part. I had to stop in the middle of replacing valve cover gasket, had to walk over to local auto parts store to get the correct part by paying another $40. This kind of mistake is unforgivable. Will never order anything from this online store ever again & recommend others to do the same.

Rdx side view mirror

Got the box did not open brought it to the installer. When he opened it a piece of of the mirror was cracked. The installer knowing we needed the car was able to use the piece from our car. Called the dealership to inform them of the issues with pictures to prove the crack and they didn’t want to see or hear our concerns. Only stating we should have contacted them and they would send out a new piece. Total disregard of the issue. Wouldn’t compensate use at all.
