I KEPT ASKING FOR TRACKING

I KEPT ASKING FOR TRACKING AND NO ONE WOULD REPSOND TO WHAT I WAS ASKING. I ASKED A COUPLE TIMES FOR MORE DETAIL AND NOTHING. THEN I GET AN EMAIL JUST SAYING ITS SHIPPED. I HAD A CUSTOMER WAITING FOR THE CAR AND NEEDED TO KNOW WHEN WE COULD GET IT ON THE ROAD SO THEY WERE VERY UNHAPPY.

Insane shipping charges

Your customer service is excellent, but your shipping calculations are criminal. I had a very small box item of less than three pounds and it was from IN to NC and was charged $35 via your system for UPS regular ground shipping. That is insane! I have done business before with your company, but I will be looking for someone that offers reasonable shipping rates in the future.

I ordered the wrong part

I ordered the wrong part by accident. The exploded diagram showed that it was the correct part. Was supposed to be a tow hook plug (17) but I ordered a license plate plug (18). Honest mistake, I felt that the return policy was sub par and Glenn was borderline rude on our phone conversation. I’ll never do business with this Acura dealership again.

Order 36242 Missing (1) of 90119-SDA-A00

The website is very good to identify parts. The website indicated all parts in stock. I placed the online order Sun 9/5 and then there was Honda communications about possible back orders. The shipment eventually shipped Thu 9/9. The package was received Sat 9/11. There was a human error in packaging. I needed two 14-1.5x94mm bolts and got one and some other part I did not order. I emailed twice on Mon 9/13, no reply. I emailed once on Tue 9/14 and then used the website to send a message maybe two and no replies. Tue 9/14 I then called and left a message no reply, I called again and spoke to the parts guy who understood the error and I asked to receive it 9/15. I have a USPS tracking number provided on Tue 9/15 It hasn’t even shipped yet.

Horrible experience, delayed shipping, wrong parts.

Item was shipped 4 days after I ordered it despite paying 35 dollars extra for express shipping for some very small parts. It arrived 3 days after it was promised to me. I couldn’t use the parts but am stuck with the wrong parts now that arrived well after the expected date and now have to deal with the hassle of trying to ship them back or just eat the cost of a part I didn’t receive and isn’t even what I ordered.
