I had to return a part after mistakenly ordering the wrong one (driver side versus passenger side). I ordered the correct one and paid to have the wrong shipped back. Was charged a 20% restocking fee. A percent restocking fee on expensive auto parts seems excessive.

Big disappointment

I ordered the front brake splash shield on this site, said it was in stock and you guys canceled my order because it's unavailable. Why is it listed as in stock then.

I ordered a part from

I ordered a part from you on Feb. 4, and selected standard shipping. The quoted delivery date was Feb. 6. It's currently Feb. 11, and the part is still in transit with USPS. According to the USPS tracking number, its status is 'In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late'. Now that I know you use USPS for shipping, I won't be buying anything more from your site, due to the many problems I've had with USPS in the past. You should offer the option to ship with UPS or Fedex, even if it costs a little more.
