Everything about the purchase was

Everything about the purchase was very good except the instructions that left a lot to be desired. Nothing about what to look for or how to go about removals or installation in the best way possible. I understand that Honda Asura is in the business to install these add-ons and it's a very lucrative business but when you sell these add-ons to the general public it would show really how much you care about repeat business.

Ordering Easy, Shipping Slow

Finding & Ordering online easy. Shipping took 15 days. When inquiring about the shipment I was told to call Extend and file a claim for a lost order. Extend had no record of the order, had to dig, found it and no replies after that. 7 days later the order moved from Indy to Cincy. So, don't use USPS and try to at least have some form of customer service follow up.

Handling = slow

The order was placed 10-18-24 and didn’t ship till 10-24-24, 6 days later. After that USPS got it to me fast. Shipping = fast, Handling = slow.

Shipping takes too long for what we pay for!

Paid so much for shipping but still haven't received my package....Wondering why you charge so much if we have to wait that long??? I live next door in Illinois and your warehouse is just 4 hours away by car in Indiana.... I t should only take 2 days top with regular mail and even faster with Fedex. Something is wrong here!

You are my pick !! Send me invoices with packages or else !!

There are so many companies like yours and the prices are exactly the same. It all comes down to customer service, shipping, and sending invoices with shipments. If you guys forget to send another invoice I will not buy from you again. Seriously, The past 4 shipments have not had invoices with them.
