Incorrect part photo, debated free return shipping with me, but finally made it right
The photo of the part I wanted, didn't match the actual part, so I ended up receiving the wrong part. Also, even the part I received looked nothing like the photo either. So, it was very confusing. When I first called to see about exchanging the part that I was sent, I was told that they don't do exchanges, so I'd have to ship the item back, then put it another order to buy the right part. And, although they waved the restocking fee, which I do appreciate, I was originally told I'd have to pay for return shipping. I didn't feel that this was fair, considering that the photo in the listing for the part didn't match what they'd sent me. However, after I had mentioned that, they finally did approve and agree to send me a shipping label to cover the return shipping, and I am thankful for that as well. So, this is why I only gave 3 stars. Sorry guys, and I'm not trying to be a jerk when I say this, I mean this sincerely, with all due respect, this all could have been avoided if you had accurate photos of these parts posted on your site. I hope you will correct this, so that other potential customers won't get confused as well, and to also save you guys the trouble of having to deal with the same situation again. But in the end, I do thank you for working with me in making it right.
