I purchased 4 movies and it only allows me to watch one, the others require additional payments even though I already paid. Not happy

There seems to be no system to return and get money back. I have not been able to gain support to show the film, My DAR chapter does not want to sponsor this, and don’t like the premise! I paid $99 for a big headache! The event kit is unused, can I get my money back? Joy

The DVD for Part one of Journey to Mount Sinai would not play on my DVD machine. When contacted, the lady said I should "update my DVD machine". All the other DVDs worked fine and had good content. However, the entire experience was ruined for me because they wanted me to jump through a lot of hoops and never replaced my DVD.
