I would love to be able to get a new dvd and send back the one that isn't workijng

I purchased Journey to Mount Sinai part 2 as a digital download, but as of this point have not been able to unlock it in the store and watch it. I have written to the customer service numerous times, but the only direct response I have received is an invitation to watch the movie's predecessor, which I have already seen at the time of tis release. I have enjoyed Immensely documentaries from Pattens of Evidence in the past, but I have not gotten an adequate response with this last purchase.

I ordered the movie and got no link to download and watch. I’ve emailed about it twice with no response. Very disappointing

I could not get to credit card payment. It took me to paypal and I refuse to use paypal ever again, so i deleted the order.

Both DVD 1 and two were bad, they got stuck and not let me forward it . I waited too long so it can move it by itself ! I pulse many times play it not work it
