Above average product, lumbar support is good, the delivery was sub par.

The product received was dirty and had black marks all over the place. I did not return the product only to avoid the hassle. But to get such a product from a brand so reputed like yours and after spending so much money was really disappointing.

Worst customer care. Not understanding anything that we report. No escalation option and no direct phone number to call

We expected the executive chait seat to be wide and bigger in depth. . . . . too small a chair
