Above average product, lumbar support is good, the delivery was sub par.

The product received was dirty and had black marks all over the place. I did not return the product only to avoid the hassle. But to get such a product from a brand so reputed like yours and after spending so much money was really disappointing.

Very poor service. Returned chair. I was charged 4k plus for restocking. Its more than 10 days i returned but i dint get my refund. Will i get credit card interest paid by steelcase???
