Steelcase India

Shipping was done in excellent manner and the box was well packaged. Just one slight scratch on hand rest during shipping, but hopefully steelcase india will take care of that incase the hand rest suffers any future tear. Rest everything was excellent. One more thing I would like to see forward tilt in all of their chairs.

shipping is on time. installation is also on time

Good product , faced during installation later it resolved with right technician assistance

Seat cushion too thin on the back. Hope they update the design with denser foam. Seen so many complaints online about this issue.

Above average product, lumbar support is good, the delivery was sub par.
