If anyone there was paying attention, you’d know I haven’t received my order yet.

waiting - after getting differing info on calls and not seeing results.

I sent an email on September 6 regarding 2 items of concern on the tree I had just received and I have not heard back. The tree has very visible bug damage and a powdery mildew residue on the leaves. I have made many purchases and while I understand things like this can happen, the lack of response from customer service means I will no longer purchase from your company. There is plenty of on-line and local competition.

If this is the quality of your product, you won't be getting any further orders from me. I'd give it a minus score if I could.
