Spring Hill Nursery

While these arrived fairly quickly, I did pay about $500 for two arbor/gate structures for my backyard. I am very disappointed. They are very flimsy. One of the arbor’s double door gate has one of the two gates with upside-down soldered hinges! So now that side of the gate is about a half inch height difference higher than the other side! it looks ridiculous. The arbors are too flimsy the place into soil because they aren’t made with any kind of staking mechanism, and they’re also too flimsy to sit on hard ground or concrete because they’re just so flimsy they would blow over in half a second or when touching them in just about any way. these are a terrible product and I will never buy another product from this company.

Arrived in timely manner but as I said they looked dead

The plants were in poor condition and didn't arrive well. One was completely dried up, and the other one was really mushy. I have had a good experience with you in the past, but this was terrible.

Arrived dead! You failed to pack anything around the roots and negligently forgot to mark the package as live plants! It took 13 days to reach us and the rose had turned gray and was dead! When we contacted you we were lied too.

The peonys I received were tiny tiny roots not sure if they will live through the summer let alone through the winter. . . . . no plans to order again
