Spring Hill Nursery

Disappointed with packaging of rhizomes. Arrived dried out with tags no longer attached to identify varieties ordered.

Two of my plants never grew. I contacted the co. And they said that I would get a replacement in September. It is almost October and still no replacement.

Customer service is non existent. I'm waiting and have been waiting on partial orders for a while and there is no where to contact anyone. The flowers have been good but come on, it's almost to a point that I might go back to shopping locally again.

The plant wasn't healthy, hope it survives.

The shipping and delivery awesome. The quality of my dog wood TERRIBLE. 2-3 foot twig . The few leaves about an inch long scattered on the twig. Roots about 3 inches long. I am taking special precautions. I don’t know if it will be alive in spring I hope so
