Plant is dead

I placed an order with Springhill and in due time received part of my order (in two seperate shipments)- however, still waiting for other plants- I wrote customer service twice asking for updates as the area in which I live will soon experience freezing temps and planting will have passed- no response. However, they certainly can continue to send emails and sale offers. Disappointed.

Definitely not worth the money as plants arrived dead and root bound!

I ordered a clematis and I could not believe my eyes when I opened the box. The “plant” was a 2” cutting, not a plant as I had expected. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print and I actually ordered a cutting, but I sorta thought for $40. 00 I would be getting a plant. Learned my lesson. Never ordering from them again.

I have emailed customer service twice regarding plants that arrived dead and have not received a response.
