Unhappy gardener

I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN, I am a Master Gardener , taking great pride and care of my plants. I am fully aware of proper planting methods, times and depths, weeding, fertilizer and so forth- so when I place an order for $250+ I expect it to be delivered, NOT 4 months later

Shipping my Tango Hummingbird Mint

The first shipment took approximately 18 days to reach me, thanks to the package sitting at a FedEx facility for 8 days. I know you have no control over what FedEx does but Ground transportation usually has the lowest priority. A live plant should not be shipped this way. The plant arrived looking 100 times worse than Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. The root ball was wet but the plant was brown & dry. Most of the branches fell off in my hand and I don't even know why I planted it. The 2nd shipment arrived in 4 days via FedEx Home. It looked better, mostly green, some brown. I don't know if the pics will upload but I'll try. I planted the 2nd one but will not know for sure until Spring if it will be ok.

Shipped short

I had to call customer service 3 times to ask when the rest of my order would ship. First 2 attempts to get answers I was given a tracking number that showed no movement for 10 days. Third attempt I finally was able to get customer service to create a new order to get my plants. By far my worst online experience in purchasing plants
