One extreme to another

The iris rhizomes came dead, not one iota of green anywhere. The leaves were crispy and crumbly. I called customer service, and they were completely kind and helpful. With no pictures needed, they sent me a replacement. So cs was great. The replacement was exactly like the first order. . . all dead. I didn't bother to call again. Great cs, but failed product.

Disappointed

Ordered 3 hydrangeas only 1 lived, when I received them 2 looked terrible from the start. Called Springhill and they told me I couldn’t’t get refund until 60 days past order date. Haven’t called back

They don’t send items you pay for with your credits.

I bought a tree rose with a credit. Rose order was cancelled and credit was not reissued to my account. Seems odd out of the 3 roses in the order, the one that was cancelled was the one my credit paid for? Shady.

Bad products

I've ordered iris for a few years now. They always fail to grow. They are replaced by ones that fail to grow. I got 4 a while ago. 1 looked promising. That one has caught and has grown. The other 3 didn't and won't. I purchased 2 from another company and they arrived green and in perfect shape. They both have grown a decent amount. The ones I get from you always arrive brown and dead looking. Quit sending products that won't grow.

Plants couldn’t take hold and grow

None of my plants made it. They just wouldn’t take hold. Bare root just doesn’t do well here.
