Not a Happy Camper!

Too many e-mails. Why is it that companies think it's OK to send customers 5-6-7 e-mails every single day? How would they feel if it happened to them? The Marketing Department at Spring Hill must have a bunch of morons running it. Enough already!!! Furthermore, prices are getting out of hand. I can purchase some of the same products locally for a whole lot less AND not pay shipping to get it.

orders on lavender and other

orders on lavender and other plants, out of the nine plants I received, 5 of them were dead. When I reached out to the customer service rep. I did not receive a response at first. Then when I called them I was told to wait 6-8 weeks as the plants were in dormant stage. I can tell when a plant is dead vs dormant stage. So far I have not satisfaction on this issue

Most of the plants did

Most of the plants did not grow, even with the fertilizer mix and compost, topped with a thick layer mulch and watered regularly with good sun. Basically did exactly as instructed by company, but not much grew and I had a large selection of plants.
