Part was the same one I ordered off Amazon but did not show a picture online of it. That part required modification (shaving down or sanding) of the piece it fits over. I called and said this was not the piece I was expecting, I was expecting a piece that fit as the original, and the person I spoke to was rather rude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to talk. I finally cut him off and said all I need is to return these as I already had the exact same part from Amazon at cheaper so he did provide an email with an RMA to send them back.

Still not sure if I got the right size or just a faulty bulb.

When I originally ordered my product I paid the full amount and was told it would ship in 60 days. After the time had passed I had received zero updates. I honestly forgot about it. Then 6 months later when I inquired again and wanted a refund the parts miraculously were available to ship. If I would have completley forgotten about this I believe I would have never received my order.

A little piece of plastic tubing that should be about 2 to $3 at a plumbing store was $27 and would probably break again so I went with the stainless for $39 and then a $10 shipping fee I felt was a little high.

I really didn't know what I was ordering, all I had to go on was the size and the pattern of the holes. I saw lot's of websites that had the right size but a different hole pattern. To be sure I got right thing I purchased from Spa Store. But when it arrived it was the hole pattern of all the other sites that had it half the price and free shipping, so my cost was about triple. The product came with an explanation why the product was changed and I understand that. What I am unhappy with is that the website used the old picture and didn't indicate that the new style would be provided instead.
