Online it looks like you’re getting the original part. Upon receiving it, it states it meets new code, etc, and I prob have to shave down to fit it. I’ll have to do that when I drain , it covers for now

It took almost 3 weeks to get our product that we ordered!

Slow shipping, I ordered wrong item, after 2 days had to request a RMA for 2nd time, ~ 10 days after they receivied the returned item , I had to contact them and request refund, 7 days later still no credit, had to email again requesting refund for 2nd time, final got credit minus their shipping cost.

I recently purchased replacement Jacuzzi spa pillows from the Spa Store. The transaction was fine and I received my purchase within several days. My only complaint would be, why were there bible verses (John 3:16) on the shipping label (underlined in green marker), and on the invoice contained inside with the parts I ordered? Regardless of my beliefs or religion, why would you put religious verses on your invoices and shipping envelopes? It seems oddly out of place for a business to promote their religious beliefs to consumers and I am offended by it. Therefore, I will no longer do business with the Spa Store.

Placed an order 1 week ago and have not received any information on its status nor tracking information.
