Delays in processing orders, delays in getting orders shipped.

Good luck trying to get anybody on the phone to answer any type of questions. Had to call best top to get my questions asked, because soft topper customer service doesn’t exist.

My product was lost in the mail by the USPS.

The product is great, but this company has possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. You cannot get someone to return an email or call. There is zero after purchase support. If you have any issues with the product, you are completely on your own.

1984 Chevy K5 Blazer. I am on my 4th softtop in 10 years. The windows keep breaking when the temperatures get to 30 degrees or colder. Soft topper no longer makes windowless toppers for my vehicle and not willing to replace or repair. Duck tape or Gorilla tape is the only way to make them last longer. :-(
