Good service,. BAD shipping process, took way longer than they said to the point where i called to cancel but they said it was on the way already, so i got it and when i try to install it some parts were missing

The top shrank and became unusable. It was stored in a garage when not in use. I really liked the top until it became unusable.

Service is nonexistent. My canvas top won’t fit and customer service is unresponsive.

Can’t lower and raise it.
