customer service is meh, sounded like a call center in a different country. quality is ok. not great being my brand new top had buttons missing and is coming undone going down the road. looks cool, would probably try to find an old used one next time. new ones are not worth the money for the quality imo

Shipping and service are good enough. Topper design particularly the front and rear panels need more attention from your design team. They did a great job on the shell itself and then just mailed it in on the end panels. Leak prone..cumbersome.. and the rear panel needs a hinge and frame system. The windows crack in cold weather when rolled up. A hinge and frame design would prevent that and make the panel more user friendly. Easily done. Look at soft tops and doors for UTVs.
