Underwhelming - poorly scented but nice packaging.

I received My order. 1 pot lid was cracked. I telephoned and told them. Was given an email address to send photo into of the broken pot. Didn’t receive a replacement.

I am extremely disappointed with the Bamford candles that I purchased in the sale. They burn without a smell, and I was embarrassed because I purchased 3 as gifts. Not worth the sale price at all, if smell is what you want and not just the light that the candle gives off.

Poor I’m afraid. Goods were overpriced for what they were. Returns process seems to be taking ages. Still waiting for a refund despite item being delivered
