Beyond words disappointing wrapping and packaging. Some goods totally did not meet the expectations from the description or photos Very good customer service .

This was our first time using this company. The packaging arrived quite promptly. Unfortunately it was full with rather large crumbled pieces of paper and when we pulled the first piece out, the small bottle of CPD oil fell to the floor and broke £84 down the drain not good.

Bought an expensive hamper followed up by an offer code of 10% discount. When tried to use it, it wasn't accepted. Totally pointless.
