Love my diffuser, beautiful smell that lasts and nice you can just get refills but did think the postage charge was too much as know it doesn't cost that much to send that weight of parcel and for the money it took along time to arrive !

The product is excellent, however the postage charge is excessive hence only a 3* experience.

okay however wanted to send abroad - number to call no one answered so had to arrange delivery myself.

The products have no scent. I think they are old stock hence why they were reduced. Disappointed.

Ordered arrived ok, but was very disappointed to find the men’s grooming products just loose in the box. All other items were in gift packaging. The three male products just thrown in. Had thought they came as a gift set from the description when ordered online as a three product combination.
