Smartwool - NORA

I placed an order as gifts for my daughter’s Birthday. 9 days later she still had not received it. I called Customer Service, and the representative canceled my order!! They would not assist me in recreating the order, stating it was due to privacy reasons. I was provided a gift card so my new order could be sent by an overnight service at no additional cost to me, but there was no other consideration for my dissatisfaction. The representative was not at all apologetic for SmartWool’s error in not shipping a confirmed order, nor apologetic for my time requiring that I must spend time recreating my order.
