Smartwool - NORA

I'll tell you when I get them. Ordered on the 3rd be here on the 10th dam dun forgot what I ordered.

Some of the socks I ordered were good, but one pair came with a hole in the toe area where the seam wasn't fully sewn, and another pair, despite being a unisex medium, felt too tight. The sock heel wouldn't wrap comfortably around my actual heel without my needing to pull the sock (too) tight. I am a women's shoe size 7.5-8 so this definitely shouldn't have been an issue with the unisex medium size. There is clearly a problem with quality control. Having to go through the process of returning them, as well, taking time out of my day to have to make a trip to FedEx, is a bummer, as well. I'm glad returns are free, though. In sum, I'm disappointed and probably won't go with Smartwool in the future.

I have yet to receive my order. Much too long.

We ordered 7 pair of low cut socks and one of the men’s has a big hole in the top.

We haven't received our package though I placed an order 5 days ago, and no shipping details yet. I'm disappointed with the lack of communications.
