Unit is great, when it is not leaking. Customer service was slow to exchange faulty product.

The Sleep Me app has a difficult time finding the device. Took over ten tries to get it to work. I had to unplug, press the plus sign, minus sign, hold the power button ten time to get the "888888" to show up and then the device wouldn't turn on so had to unplug it and start all over again. There really has to be an easier way to connect the device to the app.

I called trying to locate a package that I ordered. The guy that I spoke with had several kids screaming in the background and it was hard to have a conversation. He said that it looked like it was delivered to the correct address. I emailed him after asking him to confirm the exact address via email and I didn't get a response until today. I finally found the package. It was delivered, but did not have my name on it anywhere, so couldn't be delivered to me correctly.

You need to fix this app, a lot of problems and I have reported them more than 5 times. Nothing happened. Fix the sleepme App please
