Great when it works

Customer service needs some help

Customer service is just OK. Response wait time is longer than most other companies. Service repair time is several weeks.

Just started the process for Return

I had a delay before the tech-email was answered, but they followed up soon after. I boxed the unit up and sent it back at a cost of $50 through FedEx. I do not have the unit back or any feedback yet as it remains in transit. This eval would be best at the end of the process.

60% of the time it works every time

Device seems to have trouble following the schedule on one or both of the units during any given night. Uncertain as to the cause and I haven't had the time to mess with it. When it works its great, but thats not as common as one would hope with a $1600 device.
