I appreciated the communication I

I appreciated the communication I received from Jennifer, and my machine seems to be working great now. But I am disappointed that it took about 4 weeks from the time the unit was received by your repair team for the unit to be repaired and returned to me.

Used it for almost 2 weeks and still not always sure the settings are correct.

Good but app needs work.

The app needs a lot of work. It’s got a ludicrous cascade of menus on different pages rather than pop-out selection dialogues.

Great - when it works.

The product is great when it is working. However, less than a year later and both units are in for service. Too expensive to have this as an issue. Super disappointing.

Defective product and slow service

We purchased a refurbished unit, but it arrived to us not functioning properly. It took a number of days to hear back from customer service after contacting them as the company seems to be shortstaffed. Once we were in contact with someone, though, the response times were regular and acceptable. Ultimately, though, we couldn’t get the unit working, and now we have to send it back to be repaired and wait another few weeks to hopefully receive a working unit. Our order was also missing a tool to drain the water from. Overall, it seems like if a customer is paying hundreds of dollars for a product, the outcome be better.
