Virtually no response without BBB filing. After BBB filing, was told defective item would be replaced - that was a month ago.

Once paired, the pairing doesn’t work the next time you try to use your phone to change the chili temperature. You have to consistently try to pair to use the sleep system. So I had to give up and just bend down from bed and manually turn up or down the temperature when needed.

Worst customer service, consistently lied to about when item would ship… ended filing for a refund

Cannot get the equipment to use this app. Sent the wrong size mesh pad and waiting several weeks now for proper replacement.
