Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.

I honestly cannot express but UTTER disappointment in Chilisleep. I cannot speak about the system because I’ve yet to use it. I placed my order. 10 days later the item still hadn’t shipped. I was then told it would ship before the 26th August. I did not. On the 31st it finally shipped. I requested International priority - it shipped international economy. Meaning it took 7 days to arrive instead of 2. When it finally arrived I opened it only to realise it did not contain the power cord for my country (despite being told it would). Then I noticed on the box they sent me a half queen and not a KING as requested. At this point I contacted them to ask for a refund after waiting 3 plus weeks for the item only to receive something I didn’t order. They told me they would make it right, speak to the manager ASAP AND CORRECT THIS MISTAKE. Now ASAP to me sounds pretty immediate. NO. After 3 working days still nothing. Not a word from them. I then requested a REFUND AGAIN. And now … as I write this. RADIO silence. My message was read but no response whatsoever. Nothing. I am utterly disgusted with this company. Truly awful experience.

Don't even have my product yet you guys are spamming me

Terrible experience. Receive 10+ emails about setting up a product and rating it. Yet I haven't even had shipping confirmation.

Slow, ineffectual CS. Crap repair service!

After a lot of back and forth and being told by CS rep and thru Facebook my issue would be handled by a supervisor, 1 week later and I’ve not heard a thing! Sent my unit in for repair, was sent the machine back still broken. Was sent a replacement machine (refurbished bc they don’t care enough about customers to give them a new unit I guess) that was also not working on arrival. Clearly no quality control measures in place to ensure the “repairs” they do are anything more than repackaging and shipping things out again.
