Terrible Customer Service

No answer whatsoever from customer service. Bought a Doc at a sale price, was charged more because of a glitch. Tried to cancel my order but it was shipped anyway. Have not heard back on the subject.

it’s been over 6 weeks

it’s been over 6 weeks and I still have no info on when i will receive a replacement DocPro for one that we have that is leaking and not working.

Frustrated

As of right now I would not recommend this product. We ordered it on July 8th and it took a month to get to us without any updates. Once I got it it was broken did not work. Now it's been over 2 months and I'm still waiting for the replacement. I understand shipping problems. But this is ridiculous. All customer service reps have been exceptional and amazing.
