Terrible customer experience. Ordered and sat in unfulfilled status for a week. I then got a hold of customer service and said it would be another 10 days before shipping. Likely 5 days in transit after that.

Horrendous Experience

Purchased an Ooler. Had faults with it repeatedly over the first week. Got told to keep resetting the unit to no avail. Returned the item and it was received by you on the 6th of August. I still haven't received a refund (13th Sept), I can forgive a faulty unit but the customer service surrounding the issues and the return are some of the worst I've ever experienced. High hopes and No help.

We were so excited to get our system when we ordered in April and we have had constant troubles and received not real show of remorse or retribution. In my business, when the customer doesn't get what they want/order in a timely fashion or it is not working, we make it right with a partial or full refund and we have been offered nothing. It is now September and we are waiting for the 3 replacement piece for our unit after spending over $2000.
