Experience has npt been good

You don't want me to fill out a review, my experience has been nothing but troublesome. To being charged too much, my bank is going to file a dispute, to not being able to access my account so I can see when my unit will be shipping (error message stating my email address is invalid, but it's the same email address you send me stuff too every day). I wanted this to be a problem solver, so far it's been nothing but a time suck and a pain

Cannot get assistance for my DOC Pro System that has not worked from the beginning, they new there was issues with the connectivity and did nothing to resolve it for the people like me that purchased them in the early stages. The online chat service is the biggest joke ever. The email side is close to it, no one responds and if they do, it’s several days later.

What customer service???

My chillipad dock system broke and leaks all over my floor. Contacting their customer service is a nightmare. So here I am, $1700 down the drain with a broken dock pro and no help to get it fixed or replaced.

Don’t waste your money unit leaks

I purchased ooler unit and it started to in just few months. I sent it back to get fixed and haven’t heard from them. This companies product is junk . Their customer service might be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t buy the ooler product! My friends purchased the 8 sleep and love it
